"Although I often do not write business reviews, I wanted to take this opportunity to provide my unqualified endorsement of WSL Incorporated and their team of consummate professionals. My family and I, having recently retired from the military, designed and built a two-story home with the WSL team that exceeded our expectations. The WSL team expertly managed and executed our design plans, in accordance with our discussed and agreed upon timeline, while coordinating these efforts from Central Pennsylvania with my family and I located in Fresno, California. With the exception of 2-3 days at most conducting in person meetings, the preponderance of this overall effort was coordinated remotely with WSL not missing a beat or a milestone event. The level of coordination and program management that went into this effort was nothing short of exceptional. The WSL team communicated effectively and timely in order to ensure our home was move-in ready in the discussed timeframe. Customer service/support was extraordinary.
Highlights/Observations:
The day spent designing our home and conducting in person visits with local vendors for indoor decor, including flooring, tiling, paint colors, etc., on an extremely compressed timeline (all of 1 day) met expectations with minor "tweaks" as building commenced. The team of WSL professionals provided outstanding recommendations and helped my wife and I shape our decisions on interior/exterior design.
During execution phase, updates were provided by WSL on a weekly basis with a clear description of work completed to date, upcoming work in the following week and month with any pertinent timeline updates, and a running cost estimate of allowances, including changes to plan. This effective communication was a "best practice" during this process. Remote meetings were used to ensure all players were on the same page if topics exceeded the capacity of an email.
Upon building completion and into the warranty phase, WSL continued to provide exceptional customer service whether that be via email, text, or in-person engagements.
Based on our experiences over the past year, I highly recommend the WSL team for any new home construction project or if looking to update existing structures.

"When searching for a home builder, we interviewed many builders to being our process. From the first meeting, it was clear to us that WSL was going to be our builder of choice. We could not be more pleased! Timeline was as close to spot on as the weather allowed, but 'serivce after the sale' is what sets WSL apart. We had a plumbing issue about a year after our build and contacted Wayne. Within a few minutes my phone rings, it was Josh asking if he could come out in the morning, around 7:00am...on a Saturday to fix the issue! I cannot recommend WSL highly enough to anyone looking to build your dream home!"

"WSL did a major remodel for us a few years ago (down to the studs) and they were great to work with. Any issues were addressed and remedied, everyone who worked for them was professional, courteous, and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves every day. Recently I ran into a problem with a fixture and contacted them about a replacement for the malfunctioning part. Josh got back to me within hours and his staff identified the fixture, contacted the manufacturer and then gave me all the information I needed (including a copy of the original invoice) to submit a claim for a replacement. They exceeded my expectations!"

"We built our final home with WSL, and we love our home. The staff helped us pick out everything we needed for the home, and during the build, we had weekly meetings to update us on the progress and review any upcoming tasks. We were always welcome on the build site and their follow up since building the home has been fantastic!"
