"The WSL team did an amazing job removing our existing wood deck and replacing it with a new composite deck with and A frame roof. They listened to our wants, were helpful in the design aspects and provided a excellent finished project. Josh Lesher and his team were true professionals. I highly recommend them and would use them again."

"WSL did an outstanding job on my basement renovation! I got multiple bids for the job but after meeting with Tricia, I knew that I wanted to work with WSL - she was very thorough and incorporated everything I asked for in the estimate. All of the staff are friendly, honest, and easy to work with. Their online portal is great and made it easy to keep in touch with everyone, and they publish a schedule so I knew exactly who would be at my house each day. Change orders were a breeze and they were always willing to accommodate. I was expecting it to be a stressful process but the WSL crew is GREAT at communicating and answering questions, and anytime I had a concern or issue, they were quick to address it. Already planning to hire them again for my next renovation project!"

"I first met the team at WSL professionally about 12 years ago and I was left with an impression of honesty and integrity. As an Architect, I was planning to build a house in a few years not far from their offices and thought I'd keep them in mind as a potential builder. In the years between, I worked with Wayne and his team a few more times professionally and they continued to impress me. WSL listened to all of my crazy architect ideas, and they always helped me reach my goals. Their pricing was very fair, which incidentally came to me in a contract about a month before COVID. Needless to say, COVID delayed the start of my build by about 6 months, but they never came back to adjust their bid, honoring their original quote. In every case, the allowances they set for unknowns at the time of contract were all reasonable and sufficient, which when not, can be a huge frustration for many homeowners building a house. In the end, we had less than 3% in extras, the majority of which were for my requests. What better compliment to a successful project than to be asked back to do another. Since completion of my house, I've had WSL back to finish our basement, then again to finish a custom mudroom, and now I'm currently planning a 3-car garage project with them for this summer. The entire WSL team was great to work with and I would highly recommend them to build your dream home."

"WSL built our home and we have been pleased with it, so we decided to hire them to finish the basement. Their quote was reasonable, they were communicative, and stuck to the schedule they outlined for us. We love our finished basement! It’s absolutely lovely. They actually came finished the job UNDER budget. I cannot recommend them enough!"
