"When searching for a home builder, we interviewed many builders to being our process. From the first meeting, it was clear to us that WSL was going to be our builder of choice. We could not be more pleased! Timeline was as close to spot on as the weather allowed, but 'serivce after the sale' is what sets WSL apart. We had a plumbing issue about a year after our build and contacted Wayne. Within a few minutes my phone rings, it was Josh asking if he could come out in the morning, around 7:00am...on a Saturday to fix the issue! I cannot recommend WSL highly enough to anyone looking to build your dream home!"

"WSL did a major remodel for us a few years ago (down to the studs) and they were great to work with. Any issues were addressed and remedied, everyone who worked for them was professional, courteous, and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves every day. Recently I ran into a problem with a fixture and contacted them about a replacement for the malfunctioning part. Josh got back to me within hours and his staff identified the fixture, contacted the manufacturer and then gave me all the information I needed (including a copy of the original invoice) to submit a claim for a replacement. They exceeded my expectations!"

"We built our final home with WSL, and we love our home. The staff helped us pick out everything we needed for the home, and during the build, we had weekly meetings to update us on the progress and review any upcoming tasks. We were always welcome on the build site and their follow up since building the home has been fantastic!"

"WSL did a fantastic job bringing to reality a logistically difficult second floor addition and remodeling of the upstairs of our house in which they built on top of an existing one story great room (formerly a three car garage) and tied it into the existing second floors of the main house and new garage, with all three essentially being different structures to build within, on top of, and tie together. The work was performed in a timely and professional manner, and the finished product exceeded expectations at a reasonable and fair price without hidden costs or major unforeseen cost overages (despite unforeseen issues arising along the way!). The folks at WSL were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They made the process manageable and far less daunting than it could have been. I highly recommend WSL to anyone considering a home addition, remodeling or other construction project of their own and fully intend on using them for our next project."
